How do you use a white nail pencil? Tried using it under my nail but it just looks awful?

most white nail pencils you have to wet first, try that. sometimes it looks rediculous, though. Sally Hansen has a marker type white pencil out, you can find it next to the rest of the Sally Hansen stuff at Target or wherever. It looks like a marker, and goes on like a marker, but works a lot better for french.
