How could I get nail varnish out of a white fluffy blanket?

It's been in the wash etc but it won't come out. Tried vanish and other stain removers.How could I get nail varnish out of a white fluffy blanket?
I assume your ';nail varnish'; is the stuff you put on fingernails -- what we call nail polish around here. Come to think of it, nail varnish is really a more accurate term.





If nail varnish remover is not doing the job, which is basically acetone, I do not believe anything will work. Sorry.How could I get nail varnish out of a white fluffy blanket?
Cut out the ';bad'; spot and start making a ';patch-work'; quilt.
