Do any one knows how to use Nail White Pencil?

the product nail white pencil i use is ';Profusion';


i think that's a bad product. cause every time i put it on, the color looks bad. (like a white crayon put it on your nail). please can anyone help me~Do any one knows how to use Nail White Pencil?
nail pencils are ok, but no french manicure.......wet it under the tap and run it under your nails like you are picking the dirt out............I dip my finger tips in lemon juice and it whtiens your nails really bright all over......blessingsDo any one knows how to use Nail White Pencil?
