';pink and whites'; are made from pink powder and white powder with a nail tip.
reg. acyrlic nails use a nail tip and cover it with acrylic or ';crystal';.
they both look nice and the pink and whites don't need to be polished but they are more expensive to maintain.

If the nail tip is clear, you want a french look but you have no white artifical tips, the White powder is used to mould a white tip over the clear tip before the pink acrylic is used.
one is pink.the other isnt.
