Do you have to pre-blend WHITE nail extension tips?

do you have to pre blend them (file the well down) like you do with the natural nail tips? or do you just leave them?Do you have to pre-blend WHITE nail extension tips?
Of course you need to blend the tips in. Otherwise, you will see the line between the tip and the natural nail. Especially with a white tip. Also, don't apply just as is. Make sure that you cut down the well so that only a very small area is left. You can use tip cutters for this, or even a nail file held at a 45 degree angle. Usually only about a quarter inch at the most is needed. Keep in mind that tips do not add strength to the nail enhancements. The strength comes from the products used (UV Gel, or acrylic). Many people will apply them right out of the package. That's way too much excess in most cases.

Also, use only a small amount of tip adhesive - a couple drops at most. Less is more in this case.Do you have to pre-blend WHITE nail extension tips?
Glue the tips on, long as they come, then cut/file them down to the length of tip that you want to remain... then put either the gel or acrylic on, shape, smooth, and buff.
